CAVOE (EURO-CART)

5-year manufacturer's warranty from CAVOE (Euro-Cart GmbH) for the Grand Prix, Grand Prix Pro and Le Mans car seats:

1. EURO-CART GmbH provides a 60-month guarantee for the product you have purchased, starting from the date of purchase. 2. Complaints should be reported to the point of sale where the product was purchased. 3. The claim will only be considered under the necessary condition that the guarantee certificate located at the end of this manual is presented. 4. Physical product defects discovered during the guarantee period will be repaired free of charge within fourteen days from the date of delivery of the product at the headquarters of EUROCART GmbH, mediated by the seller. 5. Repairs will be carried out by EURO-CART GmbH or a service unit notified by the seller. 6. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by the user's fault or by failure to follow the instructions in the manual. 7. The guarantee does not cover damage resulting from natural product wear and tear, such as wheels worn due to friction, changes in the colour of the upholstery caused by prolonged exposure to sunlight. 8. The warranty does not cover damage caused by repairs carried out by unauthorized persons. 9. The warranty period is extended by the time of the repair. 10. The method of repair is determined by the guarantee provider. 11. The product subject to the complaint should be returned in a clean condition. 12. The warranty is valid throughout the EU. 13. The warranty for sold consumer goods does not exclude or limit the rights of the buyer arising from the non-conformity of the goods with the contract.

Our guarantee for strollers

We grant this guarantee for all stroller purchases from August 23, 2023. It applies exclusively to strollers, not to spare parts such as wheels or other products. If the manufacturer of the stroller issues a manufacturer's guarantee, this manufacturer's guarantee takes precedence, i.e. it must be claimed first. The guarantee is only valid in the country in which the product was first sold to the customer by us. The guarantee covers all material and production defects at the time of purchase or those discovered within 2 years of the first owner purchasing the product. If such a defect is discovered, we have the discretion to repair the product free of charge or replace it with a new product. The duration of the repair is one to four weeks from receipt of the defective goods by us (depending on whether or not the product has to be sent to the manufacturer due to the defect). Proof of purchase (e.g. invoice) must be presented to claim this guarantee. This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from improper use or external conditions (water, fire, road accidents or other incidents). The guarantee is only valid if the product has been used in accordance with the instructions for use, repaired or modified by authorized persons and only original parts have been used for this purpose. This guarantee does not limit the statutory warranty rights of the buyer.

The guarantee does not cover:
1) Natural wear and tear associated with the operation of the product. 2) Damage resulting from improper use. 3) Repairs carried out by unauthorised persons. 4) Damage or tears caused by the buyer. 5) Damage caused by non-compliance with the instructions for use and care, such as corrosion, changes in the colour of the upholstery, fabrics and plastic parts caused by exposure to sunlight or excessive temperatures. 6) Mechanical damage to the wheels or parts of the suspension due to improper use. 7) Accessories, in particular car seats and Isofix stations, winter sleeping bags and hand warmers. 8) Wear parts subject to natural wear and tear during use, such as wheels, tyres, zips, rivets, joints, snap fasteners, tubes, wheel treads, materials used on handles, structure and colour of fabrics, plastics subject to friction, wheel and axle bushings, prints.

Most of our strollers are approved for up to 22 kg (sports seat), i.e. different to what is stated below. Only if not stated in the item description is approval up to 15 kg.
